Posting here cuz I'm betting most of you don't look at the politics board. =p I have compiled a list of important election dates and useful links for every state in which someone on this forum resides. Except Canada. That's a foreign country and I ain't even gonna try. Sorry Myth. I included dates for any and all upcoming elections this year (Rhode Island has a lot of upcoming elections ), deadlines for voter registration, deadlines for application to vote by mail, dates for early elections in the states that have them, and dates for the actual election. I also included links to the official state agency in your state that manages elections (and election information.) I tried to be as helpful as I can, in an "educate empower yourself!" sort of way. I do not provide any recommendations for how you should vote. That's all on you. I believe strongly that everyone should vote and that everyone should vote in a way that reflects what they believe strongly. (And if you choose not to vote, then at least it won't be due to a lack of information about how and when.) I'll delete this thread in this board on Friday or Saturday. Also, I'm locking it so y'all know it's really meant more as an announcement than a conversation. Feel free to converse about this in the actual politics area.
